Welcome to FaceSwapPro, operated by REBOUNDIZE LLC.

FaceSwapPro is an AI-powered photo editing application that allows users to create face-swapped images and enhance photos using artificial intelligence.

This Privacy Policy explains what information and Face Data we process, why we process it, how it is transmitted and shared, how long it is retained, how it can be deleted, how users may withdraw consent, and the measures we use to protect user information.

Use of the Face Swap and Photo Enhance features is optional. Face Data is processed only when you voluntarily select photos and explicitly consent to their processing.

1. Information We Process

FaceSwapPro allows you to voluntarily select and upload photos from your device in order to use the Face Swap and Photo Enhance features.

Depending on the photos you select, those photos may contain:

• Your face.
• Another person's face.
• Facial characteristics.
• Personal images.
• Background details.
• Other visual information contained in the selected photo.

FaceSwapPro does not require users to create an account or register a personal profile.

We do not directly request or collect:

• Your full name.
• Your physical address.
• Your telephone number.
• Your contacts.
• Your payment card information.
• Account profile information.

2. Definition of Face Data

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Face Data" means photos voluntarily selected by users that contain visible human faces and any temporary facial information processed from those photos to generate the requested Face Swap or Photo Enhance result.

The AI processing service may temporarily analyze facial regions, positioning, expressions, facial characteristics, or other technical image information necessary to create the result requested by the user.

FaceSwapPro does not use Face Data to:

• Verify a person's identity.
• Authenticate users.
• Identify individuals in the real world.
• Conduct surveillance.
• Build or maintain a facial-recognition database.
• Track users across unrelated apps, websites, or services.

3. Face Data and Photo Collection

FaceSwapPro collects and processes Face Data only when you voluntarily:

• Select one or more photos from your device.
• Choose the Face Swap or Photo Enhance feature.
• Provide explicit consent to process the selected photos.

FaceSwapPro does not automatically scan or upload your entire Photo Library.

Only photos specifically selected by you are processed.

No selected photo is transmitted for AI processing until you provide consent and continue with the requested feature.

4. How Face Data Is Processed

When you use the Face Swap or Photo Enhance feature, the following processing occurs:

1. You voluntarily select one or more photos from your device.
2. FaceSwapPro displays a consent notice before the photos are transmitted for AI processing.
3. After you provide consent, the selected photos are securely transmitted over HTTPS to our backend server.
4. Our backend server authenticates the request using credentials stored securely on our server and forwards the processing request to Replicate, our third-party AI processing provider.
5. Replicate processes the selected photos to provide the Face Swap or Photo Enhance result requested by you.
6. The generated result is returned through our backend server to the FaceSwapPro application.
7. You may choose whether to save the generated image to your device.

Our backend server is used to:

• Protect our private API credentials.
• Authenticate processing requests.
• Securely forward uploaded photos to Replicate.
• Return the generated result to the application.

Uploaded photos are held temporarily while the request is being processed and are not intended to be permanently stored on our backend server.

5. Purposes for Using Face Data

FaceSwapPro uses uploaded photos and Face Data only for purposes necessary to provide the feature requested by the user.

Face Data is used to:

• Generate a Face Swap result requested by the user.
• Generate a Photo Enhance result requested by the user.
• Transmit the processing request to Replicate.
• Return the processed image to the user.
• Maintain the security and technical operation of the processing service.
• Diagnose a failed processing request when reasonably necessary.

We do not use Face Data for:

• Advertising.
• Targeted advertising.
• Marketing.
• User profiling.
• Behavioral analysis.
• Cross-app or cross-site tracking.
• Sale to data brokers.
• Facial identification.
• User authentication.
• Surveillance.
• Creating facial-recognition databases.
• Training our own artificial-intelligence models.

6. Third-Party AI Processing

FaceSwapPro uses Replicate as its third-party AI image-processing provider.

Replicate receives selected photos only for the purpose of providing the Face Swap or Photo Enhance processing requested by the user.

Replicate may temporarily process:

• The selected input photos.
• Technical image information required by the selected AI model.
• Prediction inputs.
• Prediction outputs.
• Generated output files.
• Technical processing logs.

According to Replicate's published API data-retention policy, prediction inputs, output values, output files, and logs created through the API are automatically removed after one hour by default.

We do not authorize Replicate to use Face Data for:

• Advertising.
• Independent marketing.
• User profiling.
• Tracking.
• Facial-recognition databases.
• Purposes unrelated to providing the processing requested by the user.

7. Face Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or license Face Data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

Our Backend Infrastructure

Uploaded photos pass through our backend server for secure request forwarding, API credential protection, and delivery of the generated result.

Our backend server is not intended to permanently store uploaded photos or generated results.

Replicate

Replicate receives the photos and related processing information necessary to generate the Face Swap or Photo Enhance result requested by the user.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law.
• Respond to a valid court order or other legal process.
• Protect the rights and safety of users.
• Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Protect our legal rights.

8. Third-Party Protection of Face Data

We require any third-party service provider that receives or processes Face Data on our behalf to provide the same or an equivalent level of privacy, security, confidentiality, retention, and deletion protection described in this Privacy Policy.

Third-party processors are permitted to process Face Data only for the limited purpose of providing the service requested by the user.

We do not authorize third-party processors to:

• Sell Face Data.
• Use Face Data for advertising.
• Use Face Data for user profiling.
• Create facial-recognition databases.
• Use Face Data for unrelated independent purposes.
• Retain Face Data longer than necessary to provide the requested service, subject to their applicable terms and retention policies.

9. Face Data Retention

We retain Face Data only for the minimum period required to provide the requested Face Swap or Photo Enhance feature.

Our Backend Server

Uploaded photos are held temporarily while the processing request is being completed.

Uploaded photos are not intended to be permanently stored, saved, or retained on our backend server.

Temporary uploaded data is removed after:

• The processing request is completed.
• The request fails.
• The request is canceled.
• The processing connection ends.

Replicate

According to Replicate's published API data-retention policy, prediction inputs, output values, output files, and related logs created through the API are automatically removed after one hour by default.

Generated Images

Generated images are not intended to be permanently stored on our backend server.

A generated image is saved permanently only when you choose to save it to your device's Photo Library.

Images saved to your device remain under your control and may be deleted through the Photos application.

Logs

We do not intentionally include original uploaded face photos in permanent application logs.

Limited technical information may be processed when necessary to diagnose errors, prevent abuse, secure the service, or maintain system reliability.

10. Face Data Deletion

Because uploaded photos are not intended to be permanently stored on our backend server, temporary copies are removed after the processing request ends.

According to its published API retention policy, Replicate automatically removes API prediction inputs, output values, output files, and logs after one hour by default.

Users may also request deletion or confirmation regarding Face Data associated with a processing request by contacting:

A deletion request should include enough non-sensitive information for us to identify the relevant processing request, where possible, such as:

• The approximate date and time the feature was used.
• The FaceSwapPro feature used.
• The device type.
• The app version.
• Any available request or error identifier.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will take reasonable steps to:

• Delete relevant Face Data remaining under our control, if any.
• Determine whether related temporary data remains on our systems.
• Use available provider controls or contact Replicate where applicable.
• Request deletion of corresponding provider data where applicable and possible.
• Respond to the user regarding the deletion request.

We will respond to valid privacy and deletion requests within 30 days, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Information may be retained for longer when required by applicable law, a valid legal request, fraud prevention, security investigation, or enforcement of legal rights.

11. Withdrawing or Revoking Consent

You may withdraw or revoke consent to future Face Data processing at any time.

You may withdraw consent by:

• Declining the consent notice before processing.
• Canceling before uploading a photo.
• Stopping use of Face Swap and Photo Enhance.
• Denying Photo Library permission.
• Removing Photo Library permission through iOS Settings.
• Contacting [email protected] .

Withdrawing consent prevents future Face Data collection, transmission, and processing.

Withdrawal does not affect processing that was completed before consent was withdrawn.

You may also request deletion by following the procedure described in the Face Data Deletion section above.

12. User Consent

Before a selected photo is transmitted for AI processing, FaceSwapPro displays an in-app consent notice informing the user about the processing of the selected photos.

The notice explains:

• What information is transmitted.
• That the selected photos may contain Face Data.
• That the selected photos are transmitted through our backend server.
• That Replicate provides third-party AI processing.
• Why the selected photos are processed.
• How Face Data is used.
• The applicable retention practices.
• How users may withdraw consent.
• How users may request deletion.

No selected photo is transmitted for AI processing until you explicitly provide consent.

If you decline consent, the AI-powered feature requiring photo processing will not process the selected photos.

13. Photo Library Access

FaceSwapPro requests access to your Photo Library only through Apple's iOS permission system.

Photo Library permission allows you to:

• Select photos for processing.
• Save generated images to your device.

FaceSwapPro does not automatically upload your entire Photo Library. Only photos you intentionally select for processing are transmitted.

You may change or revoke Photo Library access through your device's iOS Settings at any time.

14. Images Saved to Your Device

If you choose to save a generated result, the image is saved to your device's Photo Library.

Images saved to your Photo Library:

• Remain under your control.
• Are managed by Apple's Photos system.
• May be deleted by you at any time.
• May be included in your personal iCloud Photos backup depending on your device settings.

FaceSwapPro does not control Apple's or iCloud's retention of content you choose to save to those services.

15. Security Measures

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect uploaded photos and Face Data.

These measures include:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption during transmission.
• Restricted backend access.
• Server-side storage of private API credentials.
• Authenticated communication with our processing provider.
• Temporary rather than permanent processing.
• Limited data retention.
• Access restrictions.
• Data minimization.
• Secure request handling.

Our private Replicate API credentials are maintained on our backend server and are not intentionally exposed through the mobile application's user interface.

Despite these safeguards, no internet transmission, storage system, or processing service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

16. User Responsibilities and Images of Other People

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consent before uploading or processing a photo.

You must not upload or process another person's image without appropriate authorization.

You must not use FaceSwapPro to:

• Impersonate another person for fraudulent or harmful purposes.
• Violate another person's privacy.
• Harass, exploit, threaten, or deceive another person.
• Create illegal or abusive content.
• Infringe intellectual-property rights.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

17. Children's Privacy

FaceSwapPro is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect Face Data from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.

Users must not submit a child's photo unless they are the child's parent or legal guardian or otherwise have appropriate authorization.

18. Subscriptions and Payments

FaceSwapPro offers optional Premium subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Apple manages:

• Payment processing.
• Subscription billing.

• Cancellations.
• Refunds.
• Payment-card information.

FaceSwapPro does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

Apple's handling of subscription and payment information is governed by Apple's applicable privacy policies and App Store terms.

19. Advertising, Tracking, and Sale of Information

FaceSwapPro does not display third-party advertisements.

FaceSwapPro does not track users across unrelated applications or websites for advertising purposes.

We do not sell:

• Uploaded photos.
• Face Data.
• Generated images.
• Personal information.
• User activity information.

We do not share Face Data with advertising networks or data brokers.

20. Analytics and Technical Information

FaceSwapPro does not use uploaded Face Data for advertising analytics.

Limited technical information may be processed when necessary to:

• Complete a processing request.
• Identify an application error.
• Protect the service against abuse.
• Maintain service availability.
• Investigate security incidents.

Technical information is not intentionally used to identify a person from their facial appearance.

21. International Data Processing

Our backend infrastructure and third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.

Where Face Data is processed by a service provider on our behalf, we require protections consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

Depending on your location, applicable law may provide you with certain rights concerning your personal information.

Because FaceSwapPro does not require account creation and is not intended to permanently store uploaded photos on our backend server, we may have limited ability to identify a previously completed processing request.

We may request reasonable information to identify the relevant processing request.

23. Third-Party Services

Apple

Apple provides services including:

• App Store distribution.
• Photo Library permission controls.
• In-App Purchases.
• Subscription management.
• Payment processing.

Replicate

Replicate provides services including:

• AI image processing.
• Face Swap processing.
• Photo Enhance processing.
• Temporary delivery of generated results.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to their applicable privacy policies, data-processing terms, and terms of service.

24. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:

• Changes to our processing practices.
