This Privacy Policy explains how REBOUNDIZE LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the mobile application Video Player - Music Player (the "App").
We respect your privacy and designed the App to work primarily with media stored on your device or media locations that you explicitly choose.
The App allows you to browse, import, organize, and play video and audio files that you choose from your device or from folders that you authorize.
Your personal video and audio files remain on your device or in the storage location you selected.
REBOUNDIZE LLC does not upload, collect, store, or access the contents of your personal video or audio files on our servers.
If you choose a folder for media scanning, the App may access that folder in order to identify supported video and audio files.
This access is used only to provide the media-library features of the App. We do not transmit the contents of those folders to REBOUNDIZE LLC.
Information such as playlists, favorites, playback preferences, subtitle settings, playback speed, theme preferences, and other App settings may be stored locally on your device.
This information is used to provide and remember the features you configure.
The App allows you to enter and open compatible HTTPS media stream URLs.
When you open a stream, your device connects directly to the server hosting that stream.
The external server may receive technical information that is normally required for an internet connection, such as your IP address. REBOUNDIZE LLC does not control third-party streaming servers and is not responsible for their privacy practices.
You should only open stream URLs that you trust and have permission to access.
We use Adjust solely to measure app installations and install attribution.
Adjust may process limited technical information necessary to determine that the App was installed and, where applicable, the source or campaign associated with that installation.
This information may include limited device and technical information such as:
We do not use Adjust to track your activity across apps or websites owned by other companies.
We do not use Adjust for behavioral advertising, personalized advertising, cross-app tracking, or cross-website tracking.
We do not use the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for tracking users.

We do not use personal information for targeted advertising, behavioral advertising, data-broker purposes, or cross-app advertising measurement.

Adjust is used only for install attribution and measurement of app installations.
The App does not use third-party advertising networks to serve personalized advertisements based on your activity across other apps or websites.
If advertising functionality is added in a future version of the App, this Privacy Policy will be updated as required before that functionality is used.
We use Adjust only for app-install attribution and related installation measurement.
Adjust is not used by us to access your media library, videos, audio files, playlists, subtitles, or the contents of the media you play.
We do not use Adjust to create behavioral profiles or track users across third-party apps or websites.

The App may allow you to import supported subtitle files, such as SRT or VTT files, for use with a specific video.
Subtitle files selected by you are processed locally on your device. We do not upload the contents of your subtitle files to REBOUNDIZE LLC.
The App may use Apple-provided system technologies and frameworks to provide features such as media playback, Picture in Picture, AirPlay, background audio, file selection, and other system functionality.
Information processed directly by Apple is subject to Apple's own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your personal information with data brokers.
We do not share your information for cross-app or cross-website tracking.
Limited technical information may be processed by Adjust solely for app-install attribution and measurement as described in this Privacy Policy.
Media-library information, playlists, settings, and other locally stored App data generally remain on your device until you delete them, remove the associated media, clear the App's data where applicable, or uninstall the App.
Information processed by Adjust may be retained according to Adjust's own data-retention practices and our configuration of its services.
The App is a general-purpose media player and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not knowingly use the App to track children for advertising purposes.
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information handled by the App. However, no electronic storage or internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should exercise caution when opening media from unknown sources or connecting to third-party streaming URLs.
